Business photo sessions (also called branding sessions) are designed to give you a fresh set of professional images you can confidently use everywhere — your website, LinkedIn, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials. This isn’t just “a few nice headshots.” It’s a strategic photoshoot that shows who you are, what you do, and why people should trust you — in a way that feels modern, polished, and 100% like you.

A business session can include classic headshots, full-body portraits, lifestyle images, and content-style photos that feel natural and confident — so you can show up online with ease and finally look like the expert you truly are. Instead of random photos that don’t match your style, you’ll have a consistent set of visuals that instantly makes your business look more professional and trustworthy.

The Luxury Business Experience Includes:

Consultation

This is for you to learn more about the process and for me to understand the vision you have for your session. Consultation is possible no later than one month before the date of the session and after paying a booking fee of 20% of the selected package.

Outfit

During your consultation, we’ll explore your unique style, and I’ll help you pick the perfect outfits—whether from your own wardrobe or my studio collection—to make you look and feel your best!

Hair & Makeup

You could wear simple make-up or you could book the professional make-up artist before the session and come to my studio ready. Please come to the studio with fresh hair (you could also do wave hair if you like this style). Bring hairpins/bands with you as sometimes I like to change a bit a hair styling.

Guided Photoshoot

My job is to find your best angles and guide you through a series of expressions until I capture your personality. I want to tell your story so you do not have to worry about anything!

Styling Changes

When planning your session, we’ll work together to create a look that really reflects you! The number of styling options we explore depends on the package you choose. If you select a package with two or more looks, I recommend going for contrasting styles and colors—think classic and bold or light and dramatic. This way, you’ll have a gallery that showcases different facets of your personality, giving you a versatile, visually diverse collection to cherish.

Gallery

After your session, I’ll put together a gallery of all the best shots, developed in their natural state—think of it like an updated version of the classic darkroom. I’ll email you the link to this gallery so you can easily browse and select your favorites for retouching. The number of photos you can choose for further editing depends on your selected package, but if you fall in love with extras, you’re welcome to add individual images! Each retouched photo will have an artistic touch to make it even more special.

Professional Retouching

While the magic already happened during your photoshoot, every image is retouched as if it was going on a magazines. Every little detail will be taken care of!

Professional Studio

A fully equipped studio with gorgeous hand painted backdrops and variety of stunning dresses, props and accessories. You do not have a stress about finding a perfect location for your photoshoot!

Communication

The best way to reach me is through email, as it allows us to keep all our plans and details organized in one place, and you can easily refer back to our messages whenever you need. In our email exchange, we’ll cover the essentials, like your desired session date, the package that interests you, and if anyone else, such as a partner or children, will be joining you. This clear communication helps ensure that we’re both on the same page, making the booking process smooth and ensuring you’re well-prepared for an unforgettable session.

Consultation

During the consultation (email or personal at my studio) we will also finalize your wardrobe and style of the session. We will go over hair & makeup ideas – I will give you a guideline for self-preparation for the session. Basically, we will talk about everything to ensure that your session will be an unforgettable and special experience for you. We will make a plan to be sure that you start getting ready for your dream session.

Photo Session

Your photo session is all about creating a relaxing, enjoyable experience that’s tailored to your style and comfort. Whether it’s your first time in front of the camera or you’re a pro, I’ll guide you through each pose and direct you every step of the way. You’ll look and feel relaxed, elegant, and naturally beautiful! Throughout the session, we’ll have time for styling and backdrop changes to bring variety and vibrancy to your photos. If you’re bringing your partner along, rest assured each look includes solo shots of you and special moments with your partner. And just a heads-up—think of the session as a fun workout for your smile and poses!

After Session

After your photo session, I’ll provide you with a link to a private online gallery within 10 days, where you’ll find a collection of unedited, carefully developed images straight from my camera. This gallery allows you to explore all available shots and take as much time as needed to select your favorites for further editing. Once you decide on your chosen photo package, I’ll begin the retouching process, which may take up to 4 weeks to complete, ensuring each image reflects a polished, artistic finish. When ready, you’ll receive a final link to download your high-resolution images directly to your computer. I also offer premium photo products, should you want to bring your images to life in a tangible way. And if you’re able, your feedback would be greatly appreciated to help me continue improving my work!
